1. Introduction

For last week's task, we chose "llaollao" as our project and we were asked to indicate which part of the customer pain-points was crucial for the service. Then, we need to generate and design an innovative system that could help customers during that crucial moment in time.
In this case, one of our customer crucial pain-point was the waiting line. Getting your froyo is fun but it wouldn't be fun more if you had to wait 45 minutes to get an icecream. Therefore, our solution is to design an app where you can order their froyo through an app and you can skip the line to get your froyo.

2. Description

The application is just a normal app where you order your froyo. You can order multiple froyo without having to queue in line waiting for 45 minutes just to get a froyo. With this app, you can skip the waiting line and pick-up your order at the counter.

3. How it was done?

We design the mockup using Adobe XD. First, we do some research about the layout and make some sketches how we wanted it to look like. After sketching, then we start designing it using Adobe XD.
